Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour 12 cup fluted tube pan.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, eggnog, oil and eggs; beat with mixer at low speed for 30 seconds. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Pour batter into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack about 1 hour or until completely cooled.
