A hearty and flavorful white chicken soup with beans, corn, and a hint of cilantro.

2 lb chicken
4 cans drained white beans
1 whole onion, chopped
1 pkg taco mix
1/2 can drained chopped tomato
8 oz frozen corn
Ground cumin, 2 tsp
Cilantro
Chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Saute chicken.
Add drained white beans, chopped onion, taco mix, drained chopped tomato, frozen corn, chicken broth, ground cumin, and cilantro.
Simmer until flavors blend.
If it gets too thin, add a can of cream of chicken soup.
