Deliciously tender barbecue chicken with a tangy homemade sauce.

Ingredients

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 medium onion (diced)
1 stick margarine
4 TBS brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 TSP garlic salt
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
1 chicken, cut up

Instructions

Combine ingredients (except chicken) and cook 5 minutes. 

Pour over chicken. 

Bake 1 hour at 375° or until tender.
