Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

A delicious and creamy pasta dish with tender chicken and fresh broccoli.

Ingredients

6 oz uncooked Fettuccine
1 cup Broccoli Flowerets
1 TBS Butter or Margarine
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
1 can (10¾ oz) Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain in colander.

2. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter, add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.

3. Add soup, milk, cheese and fettuccine mixture and cook through, stirring occasionally.
