Ingredients

12 oz tuna (drained)
1/2 cup canned mushrooms (drained)
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 tsp beef bouillon - dry

Instructions

Combine all in a Pam sprayed skillet or saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes then cover and simmer 20 more minutes.
