Christmas Salad

A festive and creamy dessert salad perfect for holiday gatherings.

Recipe from Mary Ellen Holmesley, mother in law.

Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk

1-3 oz cream cheese, soft

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 large container Cool Whip

1 cup nuts

2 regular size fruit cocktail cans, drained

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup white grapes

Mix together Eagle Brand milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, and Cool Whip.

Then add 1 cup nuts, fruit cocktail, crushed pineapple, and white grapes.

Mix well, then sprinkle 1 can coconut on top. Then sprinkle with red and green cookie decorations on top.
