Fry off the chicken and the seasoning and cook for around 5 minutes or until browned. Add your onions into the same pan and cook until they're soft, then add the garlic. Cook that for around 30 seconds before adding the mustard, honey, stock and cream. Cook for a couple of minutes and then add in the cooked rice. Season to taste and sprinkle on the cheese, pop it under the grill until bubbling and golden. Garnish, Serve and enjoy.
