1. Pop your pasta onto boil with plenty of salt.
2. Fry off the sausages and the Italian mixed herbs until brown, then add in the onion and cook until the onion is soft.
3. Then add the garlic, tomato puree and sun-dried tomato paste and cook for a minute or so.
4. Add in the stock and cream. Cook for a couple of minutes until it's thickened.
5. Add in the chopped kale and then the cooked pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes until the kale is cooked and the pasta is coated in the sauce, adding a little pasta water if needed.
6. Garnish, Serve and enjoy.
