Whipped Greek Yogurt Frosting

A light and creamy frosting made with Greek yogurt, perfect for topping cakes.

1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until creamy.

2. If a thicker consistency is desired, whisk in a teaspoon of cornstarch.

3. Frost the cake just before serving to maintain the best texture.
