Crispy puff pastry wrapped around apple rings, baked to perfection with cinnamon sugar.
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Cut the puff pastry into strips.
3. Divide the apple and cut out the center of each piece so they form a donut shape.
4. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and coat the apple pieces with it. 5. Then wrap the puff pastry around the whole apple.
6. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle some extra cinnamon sugar on top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they have a nice color.
8. Take out and eat as they are or serve with vanilla ice cream!
