Creamy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

1 lb elbow macaroni noodles
1 jar of mayo
1 jar Salad Cube Pickles
1 small onion
1 small bell pepper
1 stalk of celery
1 carrot
4 boiled eggs
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Cook Noodles 
Drain pickle cubes well. Reserve Juice

Chopped onion, pepper, celery, carrots into small pieces. 
Chop eggs. 

Mix pickle juice with entire jar of mayo. 

When noodles are tender, mix noodles with eggs, pickles, onions, celery, peppers and carrots. Season to taste. 

Stir in 1/2 of mayo mixture. Refrigerator over night.  

Stir in remaining mayo mixture prior to serving.
