Chop broccoli and onions to desired size.
Boil in chicken broth until tender.
When tender, pour of 1/2 of chicken broth. Add milk and cheese.
Bring to low boil.
Season to taste.
Mix corn starch with water and add to soup.
Cook until cheese is melted and soup thickens.
*for thicker soup use more corn starch, for thinner soup use less.
* use 2% or Whole Milk
