A Quick Cinnamon Roll That Uses ZERO Yeast

Ingredients

Dough
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp Butter (Or Magine)
2/3 cup Milk
Filling
2 Tbsp Butter (Or Margine)
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Glaze
1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Butter (OR Margine)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a Square Pan
 
2. Whisk Together Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, And Salt. Add 50 ML of butter and work into flours using your hands or pastry blender.
 
3. Pour Milk into Mixture and Stir with a rubber spatula until a soft dough is formed. Let dough rest while making filling
 
4. In a separate small bowl whisk together White and Brown Sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
 
5. Flatten dough into a 10-inch rectangle on a floured surface. Brush 30 ML of Melted Butter on the surface of the dough
 
6. Sprinkle all of the sugar mixture on the dough, and roll up the dough
 
7. Cut the dough into 9 Equal Pieces and place it on the pan
 
8. Cook For 20-25 Minutes Or until Golden brown
 
9. In a Medium bowl mix beat icing sugar, butter and cream cheese
 
10. Add icing to the top of the rolls. Serve Warm
