Fluffy no-fuss Mexican rice

Ingredients

1 cup of jasmine rice
5 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
Drizzle of oil
3 cups water

Instructions

Pour the rice into the hot pan and drizzle with oil after three minutes add 3 cups of water, the tomato sauce and the chicken bouillon stir and cover for 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn the burner off but leave the pan where it is and let it sit for another five minutes
