1. Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
2. Sprinkle packet of dressing mix on chicken.
3. Dump can of soup over chicken and set cream cheese on top.
4. Cook on high for 3-4 hours until chicken reaches a temp of 165°F.
5. Once chicken is done, shred it, and place back in crockpot.
6. Make pasta according to instructions on box.
7. Add pasta to crockpot and mix.
