1. Preheat an oven for 140°C.
2. Melt chocolate and butter in the water bath.
3. While melting, start whisking eggs till they get brighter.
4. Stir cane sugar into the eggs and keep whisking until you get smooth texture.
5. Check the temperature of the melted chocolate mixture (should be warm not hot!), start pouring the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture.
6. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
7. Start pouring the powdery mixture slowly into the chocolate mixture.
8. Stir until combined and smooth.
9. Prepare a baking tray ( with a baking paper.
10. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray.
11. Bake in the preheated oven approximately 30-35 minutes. The texture should be moist and gooey.
12. Meanwhile, whip mascarpone with heavy cream and powdered sugar.
