In a medium-sized saucepan, add the rolled oats and almond milk.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the milk and have a creamy texture.
Add the Chia Seeds and Almond Butter:
Stir in the chia seeds and almond butter, mixing well to ensure there are no clumps of almond butter.

Prepare the Berries:
While the oats are cooking, place the frozen berries in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for about 1-2 minutes, or until they're warm and slightly thawed.

Assemble the Oatmeal:
Once the oats are done, divide them between two bowls.
Top each bowl with the warmed berries and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
