Instructions

1. Make the Dough
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  • Add warm milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  • Mix and knead (by hand or mixer with dough hook) until smooth and elastic (about 5–7 minutes).
  • Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled
2. Prepare Peach Cobbler Sauce
  • In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cornstarch, and salt.
  • Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly (5–7 minutes).
  • Set aside to cool.
3.  Roll and Fill
  • Roll dough into a large rectangle (~12x16 inches).
  • Spread softened butter, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly.
  • Spread about half the peach sauce and diced fresh peaches over the surface (reserve rest for topping).
  • Roll tightly into a log, then cut into 12 rolls.
4. Bake
  • Place rolls into a greased 9×13" pan.
  • Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden.
5. Top with Cobbler Sauce & Glaze
  • Spoon remaining peach sauce over the warm rolls.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle generously over the top.
