1. Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Mix and knead (by hand or mixer with dough hook) until smooth and elastic (about 5–7 minutes).
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled
2. Prepare Peach Cobbler Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cornstarch, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly (5–7 minutes).
- Set aside to cool.
3. Roll and Fill
- Roll dough into a large rectangle (~12x16 inches).
- Spread softened butter, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly.
- Spread about half the peach sauce and diced fresh peaches over the surface (reserve rest for topping).
- Roll tightly into a log, then cut into 12 rolls.
4. Bake
- Place rolls into a greased 9×13" pan.
- Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden.
5. Top with Cobbler Sauce & Glaze
- Spoon remaining peach sauce over the warm rolls.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle generously over the top.
