For anyone on a #diet this a perfect dish for #volumeeating. Make a tray of the cauliflower for the week and use it in this dish.
Turn your oven on to 375 F and place a rack in the center of the oven.
Meanwhile add the cauliflower and onion to a large baking pan. Add the olive oil and salt and toss the ingredients together. Once the oven is preheated place the pan on the center rack and bake for about 45 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked through and has browned a bit. You will need to occasionally stir the cauliflower so that it browns evenly and doesn't stick.
While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the ground turkey with 1 tsp kosher salt and the steak seasoning. If you don't have montreal steak seasoning simply season it how you would prefer, such as garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, black pepper, etc. You may want to add a bit more salt as well.
Form the turkey into small burgers. Put 1 tbsp of a frying oil of your choice into a hot pan and fry the turkey burgers.
Once everything is cooked it's time to assemble. Cut up some turkey burger and toss with some of the cauliflower then put it over 1 cup of cooked rice per serving. Then top with hummus and your favorite sauce.
