1. Roll out dough, let it come up to room temperature, cut into strips, and tie into bitesize knots
2. Cover in olive oil, put into oven at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes
3. Melt 2 sticks of butter, a generous amount of garlic, parsley and parmesan in a saucepan.
4. Toss knots in butter sauce and enjoy!
