In a pot, melt some butter in olive oil. Once melted and combined, add minced garlic and let it sweat a little. Just before the garlic gets brown, add about a shot of vodka and let it cook out. Once its all cooked out, add about 1/3 of the tube of tomato paste and stir until everything melts down and gets fully incorporated. Then add about two cans of tomato sauce and stir until combined. Let the sauce simmer for a bit. Add your seasonings and a good amount of heavy cream. The sauce should be a light pink. Taste and adjust accordingly
