* In a med sauce pan melt butter over med heat. Add in flour and whisk, continue for about a minute to cook off flour taste.
* Slowly add milk while whisking to prevent lumps. Continue to cook and whisk until mixture starts to thicken.
* Lower the heat to low and add in cheese. Whisk until melted and the sauce is smooth.
* Add the chili powder, paprika, garlic and salt. Stir to combine. Cook until evenly hot, melted and thicken.
* Serve
