French Toast Casserole

Ingredients

Custard
8 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Milk
1 cup Brown Sugar- Packed
Vanilla
Crumb Topping
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3-4 Tbsp Butter-melted
6-8 cups cubed and well dried bread(enough to fill a 9x13 being dish

Instructions

* Cube up bread and let dry out on counter for a couple days*

*When ready to make add bread to casserole dish

* In a large bowl make custard by whisking together the eggs, milk, brown sugar and a hefty splash of vanilla. Once whisked well pour over the bread and toss gently to make sure bread is coated evenly.

* Cover and refrigerate over night.

* Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

* The next morning combine ingredients to make the topping. Sprinkle over the top of casserole evenly.

* Bake for 35 min or so.

* Let cool for 10 mins then cut
