* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

* Arrange crackers in a single layer on baking sheet, covering the whole surface

* In a sauce pan, over med heat, stirring constantly melt butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, then allow to boil 3 mins without stirring.

* After the 3 mins remove from heat and pour over crackers, carefully spread to cover all crackers and is even.

* Bake for 10 mins or until bubbly.

* Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 mins then spread evenly.

* Add any other topping you want on top of chocolate and let cool in fridge.

* Break into pieces
