Homemade Caramel Coffee Creamer

* In a med sauce pan heat the half and half with the milk over med heat until hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching

* Once it's hot add the sugar and stir until well combined and dissolved.

* Add in the caramel, whisk vigorously until mixture is smooth and creamy. Ensure the caramel is fully incorporated

* Remove from heat and in the vanilla, stir to combine

* Pour into container(s) and put in fridge to cool and set.

** GOOD FOR UP TO 4 WEEKS **
