Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 box (14.1 oz) Pie Crust - 2 count and softened add directed on box
1/3 cup Chopped Onion
1/3 cup Floor
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 3/4 Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Milk
2 1/2 cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
2 cup mixed veggies(either thawed from frozen or drained from can)

Instructions

* Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare crusts add directed on box using a 9 inch pie pan.

* In a sauce pan melt butter over med heat.

* Add onion, cook for 2 mins stirring frequently or until tender.

* Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.

" Gradually stir in broth and milk, stirring until bubbly and thickened.

* Stir in chicken and mixed veggies. Remove from heat. Spoon onto pie crust, cover with second crust, seal and flute.

* Cut several slot in top crust. Bake 30-40 mins or until crust is golden brown. During the last 15-20 mins of baking cover crust edge to prevent excessive browning.

* Let stand 5 mins before serving.
