This sauce can be used for more then just what it's for.
You can use it for a pizza sauce, dipping sauce for anything, topping for mashed potatoes. The possibilities are endless
* In a small bowl whisk together cornstarch and heavy cream, set aside
* In a med sauce pan bring butter, broth and bouillon to a simmer and reduce 10-15 mins
* Whisk in the cornstarch/whipping cream mixture and continue to cook until sauce thickens, whisking continuously.
* When sauce is thickened and heated all the way through add paper, and if using, the basil. Stir to combine.
* Serve over Cordon Bleu or use however you want.
