* Slice steak into 1 1/2 inch strips(about 1/4 in thick)
** In a med bowl make sauce**
* Whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch until no limps remain.
* Add in the beef broth, honey, hoisen sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and pepper flakes. Whisk to incorporate everything. Set aside.
* Bring a med pot of water to a boil and cook ramen just until tender (2-3 mins)
* Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
* Drizzle with the 1 tsp sesame oil and coat to keep the noodles from sticking.
* In a large non-stick skillet or wok heat 1 tbsp of oil over med heat.
* Once the pan is glistening hot season, steak with the salt and pepper and add to pan. Without moving the steak, allow to cook for about 3 minutes to brown well on one side.
* Then stir and continue to cook until cooked fully(about 2 more minutes).
* Once the steak is cooked all the way through remove from pan and drain of any accumulated grease.
* Add the other Tbsp of oil to the pan and add the broccoli. Pour in the water.
* Cover pan and steam broccoli for 2 mins(broccoli should be bright green and fork tender but not mushy).
* Put the steak and noodles back in the pan. Give the sauce a stir just to blend everything again and pour into pan.
* Using tongs mix together and let the sauce cook.
* Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is warmed through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
* Garnish with sesame seeds if using and serve
