Directions

* Slice steak into 1 1/2 inch strips(about 1/4 in thick)

** In a med bowl make sauce**

* Whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch until no limps remain.

* Add in the beef broth, honey, hoisen sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and pepper flakes. Whisk to incorporate everything. Set aside.

* Bring a med pot of water to a boil and cook ramen just until tender (2-3 mins)

* Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.

* Drizzle with the 1 tsp sesame oil and coat to keep the noodles from sticking.

* In a large non-stick skillet or wok heat 1 tbsp of oil over med heat.

* Once the pan is glistening hot season, steak with the salt and pepper and add to pan. Without moving the steak, allow to cook for about 3 minutes to brown well on one side.

* Then stir and continue to cook until cooked fully(about 2 more minutes).

* Once the steak is cooked all the way through remove from pan and drain of any accumulated grease.

* Add the other Tbsp of oil to the pan and add the broccoli. Pour in the water.

* Cover pan and steam broccoli for 2 mins(broccoli should be bright green and fork tender but not mushy).

* Put the steak and noodles back in the pan. Give the sauce a stir just to blend everything again and pour into pan.

* Using tongs mix together and let the sauce cook.

* Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is warmed through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

* Garnish with sesame seeds if using and serve
