Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls

** if using an air fryer get it ready**

* Brown hamburger until it's fully cook. Drain, rinse off, rinse skillet and put hamburger back in skillet.

* On low heat mix in cheese- however much you want, melt it with the beef

* Once cheese is melted remove from heat and allow to cool.

* Once cooled you can add water else you want to the mixture( pickles..ect)

* Get eggroll wrappers out and opened. Lay out a couple (◼️)

* Have water bowl within reach along with the remaining

* Pour a spoonful of mixture in the center of the wrapper.

* Take bottom of wrapper and pull over the mixture and pull tight ( starting to look like a roll)

* Slightly wet the sides of wrapper with the water and then fold in the sides where they lay on the first fold.

* Lastly wet the remaining exposed wrapper and wrap around the rest to close completely.

* Lay in a parchment lined baking sheet.

* Once all is made out tray in to the freezer for a few mins.

* Once you are ready to cook either get the frying oil ready and hot to 350 degrees F or prepare your air fryer.

* Cook in oil till golden brown, in air fryer cook 3-4 mins, flip and cook another 3-4 mins
