* Combine all until smooth. Set aside
* Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
* In a skillet place oil or butter which ever you choose to use. Start to heat up- med heat
* Place chicken in skillet and cook until no longer pink.
* Once chicken is done give the sauce one last stir and pour into the skillet.
* Stir to coat evenly and reduce to low to med-low and allow to simmer for a few mins. Sauce should thicken up.
