* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
* In a bowl combine crushed cookies and sugar.
* Add butter and combine well
* Press into a greased spring form pan. Set aside
* Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
* Add eggs and mix until just combined.
* Add sour cream and vanilla, blend evenly.
* Pour over the crust. Break up the cookie dough into pieces and arrange throughout the pie.
* Push dough down just below the top of filling.
* Bake for 45-55 mins.
* Cool on wire rack for 10 mins, then take a knife and go around the edge to loosen. Remove the spring form side and let cool for 1 hr longer.
* Fridge over night
