Candied Bacon

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Make sure the pan is completely wrapped or the sugar will stick to the pan.

Place a sheet of parchment paper in the pan if you have it.

Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss the bacon in a bowl with the brown sugar. Layout the bacon on the sheet without overlapping the pieces.

You may need a second pan depending on the size of the bacon.

Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes or until golden. Drain on a rack and let cool.
