not sure if my mom made this up, but she has been making it for years. So simple and delicious.
- Preheat oven 400 degrees
- Add meat, eggs, soup mix, bread crumb, salt and pepper, can of mushrooms in a large bowl. Mix all together until blended well.
- Place two slices of bread on the bottom of a pan.
- Form the meat into a thick rectangle and place onto of bread
- Bake for 40 mintues or until top is golden brown.
You can add brown gravy on top to make moist.
