Pop your pasta into boiling water with a good amount of salt. Meanwhile fry off your chorizo until starting to go crispy and the oils have come out, then remove from the pan. Add in the seasoned chicken to the same pan. Once cooked add in the garlic, tomato purée and pesto. Mix and add in the cream. Mix well and let it reduce slightly, then add in the pasta and a little pasta water until you get the perfect consistency. Add in the fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy.
