1. In a shaker, add the bourbon, maple syrup, peaches, and peach juice.
2. Using a muddler, muddle the peaches with the liquid ingredients until the peaches are mashed.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake until the outside of the shaker is slightly iced over.
4. Strain the ingredients using a hawthorn strainer into a glass with ice.
5. Top with sparkling lemonade (or sparkling water).
6. For an optional flair, add sliced peaches to the cocktail before serving.
7. Serve and enjoy the ripe peach flavor of this summer cocktail.
