Creme Brulee Bites

Ingredients

2 tbsp salted butter
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp salt
Sugar coating
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
  2. Add in sweetened condensed milk and salt
  3. Stir for 5 to 7 minutes until thick and pulling away from the pan
  4. Transfer to a bowl and cool in refrigerator until completely cooled
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. With greased hands, roll the now cooled mixture 1 tbsp at a time into a ball and place on parchment lined baking sheet
  7. Place a toothpick into each ball
  8. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and vinegar and heat until boiling and turns amber in color
  9. Remove sugar coating from heat when desired color has been reached
  10. Carefully dip each ball in the sugar coating until fully coated. Allow to cool completely on parchment lined baking sheet
