1. Peel lemons (yellow zest only, NO white pith).
2. Place peels in jar. Add grain alcohol.
3. Seal and infuse 20 days.
4. Boil water + sugar. Cool completely.
5. Strain alcohol into sugar water (discard peels).
6. Rinse jar with water and add to mixture.
7. Mix well for 2 minutes.
8. Bottle in glass containers.
