A zesty bean and pepper salsa perfect for dipping with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1 15-oz. can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 c. diced roma tomatoes
1 jalapeƱo pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Tortilla chips, to serve

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir well to combine and ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Serve the salsa with tortilla chips for dipping.
