Enjoy a deliciously tangy and sweet Bar-B-Qued Chicken with a honey-infused glaze.

Ingredients

1 - 2 1/2 to 3 lb frying chicken (cut up)
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

Beat egg yolk slightly, then blend in remaining ingredients.

Dip chicken pieces into sauce and lay in baking pan. Pour rest of sauce over chicken.

Bake uncovered in gas oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn over and bake another 30 minutes or until tender.
