Classic Pecan Pie

A quick and delicious classic pecan pie with a rich, nutty flavor.

Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 cup light or dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 deep dish pie crust

Instructions

In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla until well blended.

Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven on a preheated baking sheet, 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
