Love it. I’m going to try this. The recipe says to melt the cheese as “best you can” will there be little chunks? Is that ok?
Yes, I almost always have a sort of sprinkle separation effect when I've beaten the cream cheese to oblivion and can't get it to melt anymore. When you go back in to fold in the cool whip, it'll combine a lot better. The final product will not be one cohesive color. It'll have more of a freckled effect. And all the mini marshmallows will float to the top. But it's apparently supposed to be like that.
